Manufacturer's Warranties
Each project for which our crews have installed products will come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. To meet warranty requirements our sales team will walk you through the required products. All materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the system installed, warranties can range from 10 - 30 Years.

Coating Warranties
AVI Roofing provides coating warranties to help cover your investment in the maintenance of your building. Most coating materials are covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty spanning 2 - 10 years (dependent on the products used). To assure further peace of mind, AVI provides a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty in addition to material warranties.

TPO Roofing
TPO Roofing: A cost-effective flat roofing type popular with many business owners. TPO's heat-welded seams provide a monolithic building envelope, where the thermoplastic membrane makes any patch a point of strength rather than a weakness. PVC Roofing
